So I just got off the phone with Telus yet again. Here is the run down of an hour of my life. Called into technical support said that this is getting silly can you fix it or not. The yet again transferred me to Loyalty Dept. I am not really sure why they do that because really all I want to hear is that there is updated notes and that I am important to them. Really wouldn’t mind them lying to me lol at least then I would get a little bit of satisfaction that they actually care.
Once I got into the Loyalty Dept I got probably the worse agent that I could of got today, he wouldn’t listen at all. All He did was tell me that it was the phone and that do I want to cancel my account or not. So being that I have been in technical support for 8 years and know how this works. I called back and got a very nice man in the Loyalty Dept. This is what they are willing to do for me. I do laugh because really not an offer at all and thought they would be more helpful. So he put on his top hat and tap shoes and said Andie I have a deal for you. I can get you into a 32 Iphone for 299 and a 3 year contract and then I can give you very close to what you pay for already a month. At that point I believe he said and in the other hand I have very shiny things in my hand. I believe this was a distraction to not notice that really he wasn’t offering me anything that a Joe Nobody of the street wouldn’t get from them. So not really satisfied with that so I am now composing my letter to the office of the president.
Will post later the letter and a responsive if I ever get it.
At this point I think that I will continue to watch the offer that I got from Rogers and continue to get my money credited every month for my telus phone. They want 200 to cancel the contract I have 10 months left. I feel no money coming Telus’s way anytime soon.
So what I am going to do is each month I will call them and they can look at my usuage and gee did use my phone that month again because it still doesnt work on your network telus. .
Well this was my rant today hopfully you enjoy it and feel free to drop me a comment or two about you experiences.
Oh forgot to mention those of you that are traveling to the Olympics and are looking to buy a sim while you are hear to use besure to get Rogers that one works no problem with my phone and also my t-mobile works great.

Just a few pictures from the flight to Vegas. It was a two hour flight but seemed like eight with the drunk lady beside me and she just had to tell us her life story and also really loved talking to Amanda. The only problem with that was that I was in the middle.
We ate at Denny’s took a walk around the mall.
One thing that was really funny was it was really cold in the Mall even the Mannequins were

Well it is looking to be a great summer so far. Had a few trips to the lake already. Camping is just around the corner. Jessica and Derek have a few activities they get to do. The night shift is agreeing with me over all. Want to thank everyone that has been involved with the summer so far. There will be a few stories to share before it is all over.
Well I was browsing the apps store and found the wordpress app. It looked pretty so thought I would give it a try. So far it has some pretty cool features and seems to communicate great with my webpage.
